early. that early treacherous morning. jokes on me it was a night. sunday the 2nd of june was the day this brand new adventure began. im in a program called upward bound and basically its a college prep program. every summer they offer what is very uniquely named "the summer program" where we can come live at the college for 6 weeks and take anywhere from 3 to 12 ish credits. 12 only if your smart. hahaha. i stuck to the lower end of things and chose three. im taking criminal justice 1010 (elective), LIB 1010, and math 0990 or in other words college prep math. (: its for the students that really rock @ math. (; not really. sarcasm is key. keeps things light. so in a nut shell, my mornings are filled with a blaring alarm clock that sends me almost across my very spacious dorm cause its so loud, a ten minute makeover to look presentable, breakfast, and class. (oh & a few extra z's here and there). im enjoying staying here for one reason & no its not boys. which happens to be a plus that there isnt any tune fined boys. easier to focus in class! (: unless your talking about the college boys i see around campus, im all about that. okay back to the one thing i love about it here, its the FREEDOM. (: even though i have no parents to push me around i miss home :/ im just about to finish my 2nd week. HALLELUJAH. i mean.. nooo :/ in the evenings i have a lot of free time which has induced my desire to blog. as well as find new music and check my social networks 17 times a minute. we end each night with a good game of sand volleyball, my personal favorite part of the day. (aside from lunch) (: im a food girl if you haven't realized yet. im already learning so much and this has taught me a lot of independence. here are a fews pics on just what i've had the pleasure of experiencing these past two glorious weeks. my life is sweet like cinnamon.
